2. Property Marketing– Going Beyond Print Ads. To be competitive a property needs to be advertised in what I call the “modern media”. Online, pay-per-click/direct advertisements, social media, IDX sites- as buyers change the way they find properties to purchase, the way we market to them must also be adapted.
3. Easy Offers– A good realtor knows when to get out of the way. When I negotiate on your behalf, I heed offers, present all collected information, and then, now armed with information, give you the time and support to make a great decision.
